Chantal is an experienced clinician, with a Master of Audiology from Flinders University. Originally from Sydney, she has lived and worked in cities and regional centres around Australia before locating permanently on the Gold Coast. Chantal works out of both the Robina and Elanora clinics to assist people on their hearing journeys.
Chantal is committed to individualized treatment and holistic hearing approaches, ensuring that patients receive not only the technical solutions they need but also the support and understanding that are essential for the best hearing outcomes.

Julie has been part of the team since 2000…Born and Bred on the Gold Coast, but recently moving to the Beautiful Coffs Coast with her family to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle.
As a highly experienced clinician, Julie has been delivering successful hearing outcomes for her clients for more than 20 years. She is passionate about finding the perfect solution for her patients and adds a caring, personal touch to every consultation.

Jodene (Jo) is responsible for the overseeing of the administrative and business operations aspects of Advanced Hearing Aid Centre. Jo’s has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and has worked in Human Resources Management and Recruitment for over 10 years.
Jo has been a part of the Advanced Hearing Aid Centre team since 2017 and It will often be Jo who you will speak to when you come into the Robina clinic or if you are making a phone enquiry.
Jo’s has family with a hearing impairment and understands what a game changer is to have the right device and settings for that person and how that impacts positively on the rest of the family.
Client Services Officer
JEMMA BALDWIN
Client Services Officer
Jemma is an experienced Customer Service Officer; it will often be Jemma who you will speak to when you come into the Elanora clinic or if you are making a phone enquiry.
Jemma can assist with minor repairs, including reconnecting your smartphone back to your devices so clients can get on with their life more quickly.
Jemma is passionate about making sure you have the best possible experience with us, right from the first point of contact and throughout your hearing health journey.

Jane comes to us with years of customer service experience. Starting off with a career as a flight attendant and then later on owning and operating a number of hospitality businesses. The accumulation of all her skills has made her transition into the position of Customer Service Officer a seamless one.
Jane takes great pride in making every client feel welcome and understood and cares deeply about the changes hearing health brings our patients and their families.
